What is the best lingerie for your body?

Women ask on a regular basis, what is the best lingerie for her body? Women want to look their best, and the question demands the best answer possible. Of course a woman would not want to look her best in her lingerie but the trick is in choosing what makes a woman look her very sexy best. Most and perhaps all women have a body flaw, real or imagined, that they want to hide or a special body part that they want to accentuate to its best advantage. By the way, men are the same way but don't wear revealing lingerie very often. When you think about it they never display their bodies in the same manner. Or perhaps men do display their bodies but not in the same sexual manner, or perhaps women are simply more concerned about their appearance. Regardless of the reasons women want to know what sexy lingerie they should wear.

In general color is a tool women can and should use to their advantage. Black is a womans best friend as it is slimming as well so it is not a chance that women choose to wear black tops, dark pants and skirts as they optically allow a woman to hide any flaws she may have. In lingerie the options are about the same. Black is probably the most popular color in lingerie and is preferable to white, pastels, tans and nudes. White tends to add weight, particularly in stockings, panties and bras and is simply not flattering. Dark purples, deep reds and other very warm winter colors are always a good choice. Pinks-not really. Florals, seriously. Stay away from florals.

Fit is a good example of where women can get exactly what they weren't looking to get. While it might seem to be a good idea for women with a little extra weight to wear loose lingerie or clothing, the opposite is true. The rule is true for outerwear or underwear. A good fit, snug but not tight is especially true for lingerie. So a woman can sabotage herself with lingerie that is loose fitting. This is not to say that wearing tight lingerie is a good idea as it isn't. Proper fit is always the way to go for the best look as well as comfort. Remember a woman who smiles, feels good and confident is the most sexy woman around. So smiling is sexy as it is on the street or in the bedroom. A woman who looks relaxed, smiling and carefree is always preferable to a woman who looks uncomfortable, refuses to smile and just looks unhappy. Fit is a very important matter and it does matter in your lingerie. Don't be afraid to go a bit on the snug side as you are supposed to look sexy and wearing diapers does not qualify.

Style is probably the third but very important component in the best lingerie for your body. A woman with large breasts needs support and that can be extremely sexy. A great deal of looking good has to do with illusion. Not lying, or trickery but the illusion. Remember, first impressions are very important and the same is true of a woman in her sexy lingerie. Illusions are a woman with large, full, supple breasts that seem to be suspended in mid air. That means underwires and a good fit. Hollywood does it all the time. A woman with small to medium sized breasts seems to look very busty but it is all about the fit and a good push up bra. So what style is the best for you?

Busty women need to wear a corset or bustier, again due to the support issue. A good corset offers support as well as spill out cleavage, pushing up the breasts and showcasing them for the viewer. Corsets are awesome as they also draw in the waist giving a woman that desirable hour glass figure. Plus size and regular size women can both benefit from wearing  a corset, either in the bedroom or out on the town.

Booty shorts are a girls best friend or a mans best friend as men love the look of woman in lace booty shorts. A pair of stretch booty shorts may be all a woman needs to look the very best in her panties.

Do Men want to wear Sexy Lingerie?

The question that asks do men want to wear mens sexy lingerie is one that can be answered in a couple of ways. Few men want to wear sexy lingerie as it is for women, right? True enough sexy lingerie is predominantly for women as it has been marketed that way. Sexy seems to be primarily a word most associate with women, not men. Sure, we often refer to a man as being sexy but that is because he has washboard abs or takes care of his skin, hair or body but not because of the arousing clothing or "lingerie" he wears. Lingerie is for girls and any article that suggests otherwise is just silly or stupid, right? This thing about unisex clothing is not for everyone and lingerie is a girly thing and we are all ok with that. Well, perhaps yes, perhaps no.
Lace is a feminine thing, for girls or women and not for men. Exposing one's body is largely for women, not for men. We place a great deal of emphasis on a woman's breasts or butt, not so much, if at all for men and definitely for his penis. This is accepted fact in our society. No one wants to see a man's penis, flacid or erect, especially erect. Well, while I don't disagree, I do see a double standard but one that I don't see changing, now or ever. Sure in some ancient societies men were viewed as sex symbols but in our modern society we are content with putting a woman on a pedestal and exposing her body in multiple magazines and television shows while men are showcased in muscle magazines and such but there are not really any competitors to Playboy, Penthouse and other skin mags. That is alright as mens bodies are fine but their sexual organs should not be exposed, right?

Well maybe it is only a matter of time as we have seen pantyhose for men, primarily for warmth but for some, for fashion. There is a small movement for men to wear kilts outside of Scotland and only for ceremonial purposes but again that is limited to a small, small number of men. Women, it seems are ok with this state of affairs as a man wearing a thong is certainly not as accepted for men as it is for women. There is a certain yuck factor when it comes to a man with or without a hairy butt wearing a thong and exposing his rear end. Somethings just shouldn't change, now should they?
When reviewing multiple catalogs recently in anticipation of updating our online listings there was much of the same things. Gorgeous women with firm breasts and butts exposing various parts of their bodies in multiple colors, although primarily black. Girls wearing high heels and no more than a pair of panties. Arms behind their heads, on their waists or one arm behind her head and the other behind or at her side. Yawn, same old thing.

That was until I saw some "new" thongs in stretch lace and the model looked slender and firm, but something was indeed different. There was a bulge in the models panties and there were no breasts or at least flat, firm and muscled breasts. What, that is a man in those stretch boy shorts and yes, he has a penis but it is not highlighted in any way. What the heck is this? Men's lace boy shorts, not unlike we sell to thousands of women. What the heck is going on? We are adding a couple of images of these sexy boy shorts for men and wonder what you think?
At first glance I wondered are our customers going to buy these sexy mens underwear? Who will buy they sexy manties? Are men secure enough to wear what heretofore has been a traditional women's fabric? Sure we have all heard of men who wear women's panties for a variety of reasons. Some men enjoy wearing womens panties because the act of wearing a womans garment is arousing to some men, and there is nothing really wrong with that. Cross dressers wear womens garments, outerwear and underwear. But will men wear underwear made specifically for them as there is a bit of a cup in these manties making room for his jewels. Thus they are made for men and made to be worn by men.
Without a doubt these are sexy and the addition of a penis only make them more so, at least for women, right? Can men accept them, and perhaps more importantly, can women accept them on men? Would a man be seen wearing them, as in a gym dressing room or other dressing room? Would he allow them to peek out from underneath his jeans? Well, I for one think they are awesome, manly and sexy at the same time. I think men need to be sexy, dress sexy to feel sexy, just like women. I don't think it is a bad thing for a man to look a little girlish as long as he remains a man. I think gay men may embrace these manties and straight men as well. Women need to tell their man that it is ok for him to wear them, as long as she thinks so. I invite your responses as perhaps you disagree. I would not be surprised to see a very vocal response to these garments. Remember they are garments and as such do not really have a voice but like many garments they do generate a response.

Flirty Lingerie and Social Media

Flirty Lingerie and Social Media. Everywhere we go we hear about social media and the extent we rely on it and how it is here to stay and the impact it has on our lives. Not that long ago Facebook was the leader in social media and it still holds that distinction but the landscape is changing. Remember My Space? It was red hot and no one could anticipate its demise. While My Space has not gone away, its reach and influence are far diminished and it seems no one is on the platform anymore. So we have evolved and there is likely more evolution to come as now we live in the age of Twitter, Pinterest and Tumblr. Those sites may even become old news, depending on how relevant they remain. We are not here to critique or even predict how long and how strong these sites will remain. It is fool hardy to suggest that we have a crystal ball and we can predict the future of these platforms. Just have the i Phone has attained the lofty position it has, along comes the Samsung phone which may or may not dethrone the i phone. Will Facebook stay strong for another 5 years, longer or less? All we know is Social Media is here, perhaps here to stay and we want to be a part of it.
